Its role includes: Leading tourism development and providing strong advocacy for the region. Setting the strategic direction for Phillip Island’s tourism industry in collaboration with Local, State and Federal Governments, Visit Victoria, and key stakeholders. Delivering industry development, product innovation, regional marketing, skills training, mentoring, and investment opportunities, while championing sustainability and effective coordination across the sector.
