Business Events Industry Toolkits
Business Events Victoria has developed a suite of toolkits as a training resource focused on upskilling industry and operators with knowledge of the business events sector and to develop services and communications to service clients. The training resource is designed to shift thinking and actions to be more customer-centric and outwardly focused.
The suite of 6 digital toolkits will address the following areas :
Each topic area addresses touch-points important to business events clients, best practice principles and processes, and include sample templates aimed to skill up, meet client expectations, successfully attract business events and deliver regionally-focused business events.
