As the weeks quickly pass by and we move into the colder Victorian months, the team at BEV are keeping busy as we have entered the peak planning period for the association and corporate markets in the business events sector. The BEV team have had our ears to the ground, travelling regionally and nationally with some exciting events planned.
As recovery efforts in our sector continue, BEV demonstrates the importance of staying connected and informed through the delivery of our communications, programs and advocacy which are imperative for us all to succeed.
We have seen positive momentum in recent months which demonstrates the industry is on the correct path to recovery, although there are still challenges upon us.
The BEV team will continue to be the peak regional body and central point of information for business events and will continue to advocate for regional Victoria, our members and industry.
Over the last few months BEV has delivered the third and most successful round of the National Business Events Program. This program only continues to grow in popularity and was established to drive short-term economic recovery to regional Victoria after a few challenging years. The strong uptake of the programs demonstrates the desire for business events to leave capital cities and be hosted in regional Victorian locations.
We are working hard to secure future events across all sectors in regional Victoria and have a strong future pipeline of upcoming business events in regional Victoria. We have some exciting prospects in the works and more announcements to share soon.
BEV has a full calendar of events planned in the coming months where we will be exhibiting at Corporate PA summit in Melbourne and Sydney, hosting five (5) Business Event Industry Networking sessions around Victoria and our Regional Victoria Showcase scheduled for June. We are looking forward to connecting with you soon and hope to see you at one of our upcoming events.
