2025 Regional Victoria Showcase

Regional Victoria Brought the Buzz to Melbourne

Melbourne – What a night! The Regional Victoria Showcase lit up The Great Room at W Melbourne on Tuesday night (27 May) with energy, excitement, and a true celebration of everything our regions have to offer. With over 51 exhibitors proudly representing regional Victoria and 118 registered attendees joining us, the room was buzzing from start to finish.

From the moment guests arrived, it was clear this wasn’t just another industry event. Our sparkling Disco Head Divas stole the spotlight from the get-go—welcoming guests, striking poses, and bringing a whole lot of personality to the show floor. Add in our DJ spinning tracks from the Moto Bella Vespa, and the atmosphere was electric.

Exhibitors brought their A-game too, with interactive elements that kept guests entertained and engaging. From a golf putting challenge on a golf mat at The Sands Torquay stand to the always-popular spinning wheel at Frankston Arts Centre, there was something playful and engaging around the corner.

We launched the Regional Victoria Planners Guide 2025 alongside The Event Collective — a new community group designed specifically for event planners to connect, collaborate, and share ideas.

A huge thank you to our generous wine partnersPt Leo Estate, Marnong Estate, and Rochford Wines—who kept glasses topped up and conversations flowing. Our sincere thanks also to our Showcase partners: Conference Audio Visual for managing all things sound, visual and lighting, and Moreton Hire for bringing the event to life with a stylish functional fit-out.

We were also proud to partner with BlazeAid Australia as our charity partner for the evening. Thanks to the generosity of our guests, we raised $1,800 to support BlazeAid’s vital work helping communities in the Grampians region recover from the devastating fires of late 2024 and early 2025. We’re so grateful to everyone who contributed.

To our prize sponsors, thank you for adding extra sparkle to the night—whether it was a grand prize or a fun giveaway at your stand, it all added to the buzz and excitement.

Looking around the room on the night, it was clear this event was about more than showcasing venues and services. It was about connection, collaboration, and reminding everyone just how special regional Victoria really is.

From all of us—thank you for being part of it. We couldn’t have done it without you
