Lady Bay Resort offers a collection of 65 fully self-contained apartments in one, two and three bedroom capacities and 13 luxury studio rooms, plus 3 studio rooms with disabled facilities-roughly 240 beds. The iconic blue coastal venue offers guests a vibrant on-site restaurant that caters for breakfast, lunch & dinner most days, unlimited use in our gymnasium featuring everything you need to feel just that little bit better away from home, a games room-for the kids or kid at heart, seasonally heated outdoor pool (15m x 5m includes a spa and child’s pool) perfect for a summers day, day spa for that ultimate all-Australian down to earth heaven, not to mention free wi-fi and free outdoor parking.

Our venue has hosted many beautiful wedding receptions, corporate events & retreats, product launches, training seminars and private dinners. We are adaptable to the needs of the client and your guests. Corporate rates are offered to those hosting and attending functions at our venue.
Whether your conferences require a space to meet for half a day or hold a consecutive day conference Lady Bay Resort is an ideal venue in Warrnambool. We have the flexibility of being able to adapt the conference area into one or two separate rooms. Smaller events may decide to use our “penthouse” apartments for a more private meeting space. Our events spaces are equipped with projectors, screen, whiteboards, flipcharts and a flexible seating plan.

We have a dedicated Event Organiser on hand to assist you with all of the finer details.
